Mammoth

I knew that I would show earlier with this baby than I did with Nate.  I didn't know, though, that I would be freaking huge.  I am, at about 24 wks, almost as big as I was when I delivered Nate at 31 wks.  I've only just barely gained 5 lbs.  I'm thinking I might order a crane now to help me roll over in bed in June.

Five and a Half

Friday was Abbie's half birthday.  At our house, any cause for celebration is a worthy one, so half birthdays are celebrated with cupcakes!  I also picked up a glow stick and puzzle from the dollar store for the party.

Puddles

Despite the continuing cold weather here, we've warmed up enough to end up with puddles in the afternoons.  Part of our sidewalk is not quite flat which leaves us with either a huge patch of ice or a giant puddle.  Abbie has swapped her snow boots for her rain boots, and enjoys playing outside in the puddles.  Her favorite thing to do is to shovel snow from the yard into the sidewalk puddle.  Counterproductive?  Yes.  Worth the fun?  Definitely.
