Hi folks--I'm sorry I've been away so long. I really did mean to post here. Unfortunately, I am suffering from an episode of Major Depression. I'm tired and grouchy. The number one thing that I do during my depression is to isolate myself. I don't answer the door, don't answer (or turn off) my phone, don't reply to messages, etc. I am not going to apologize for my behavior because I'm depressed--I can't really help it. I'll be back on sometime this week. Thanks for reading and for being my friends.
I love you, Em
ReplyDeleteYo. Thanks for the update. And you're right...no need to apologize. Glad you let us know you're back. Hope you like the butt/face soap! Awesome. Let me know if you want to go to the park this week. My parents will be in town this weekend and next week, so it'll be a while before I can come back to the land of the living (hee hee)--at least until they leave. Hope you're doing well. Love you.
ReplyDeleteIn Japan they have a word I love: ganbate. Among other things, it means "hang in there." We're thinking of you way up here in Alaska!
ReplyDeletei'm more than your friend. i'm your sister, and i will always love you and accept you no matter what. i understand...
ReplyDeleteHang in there girl! Love ya!!!
ReplyDeleteHey Emily- Just know that we are thinking about you and praying for you too. It was great to see you at church today. We hope that you will get through this soon. I feel helpless helping someone through tough times like this, let me know if there is anything I can do.
ReplyDeletewaiting to hear more from you - hang in there, Em.
ReplyDeleteHey there,
ReplyDeleteI know from first-hand experience just how rough depression can be. The only advice I can give you is to try to remember how good it feels to come out of it and remember that depression doesn't have to last for forever. I'm happy that you have your religion to help you, also. Many people don't have that security and support that yours brings you.
Be well.
