Raspberries

This morning we went raspberry picking! Melissa, Jacob, Hailey, Abbie and I went out and picked two little basket fulls for each family. Jacob and Abbie did a great job filling their baskets! They even picked the ripe berries! They also had fun with the wagon--Jacob was pulling Abbie and doing a great job...until this giant hole in the ground landed them both on their butts. They laughed and got right back up to play. The picture below is their future engagement photo. I wish I had taken a picture of the actual berries we picked. They were big and dark and juicy-sweet. We picked up some cream this evening so that I can have raspberries with cream for breakfast in the morning. (Thanks for teaching me that, Dad. It's so good!)
