We were so blessed to have a visit from some dear friends last month. After a summer move to Ohio, they returned to WI to celebrate the holidays with family. Luckily, they stopped by to spend an evening with us. The kids picked up right where they left off, completely destroying our basement (isn't that the best way to play?), building forts, playing dress-up, and talking, talking, talking. For one sweet evening, I was able to imagine that they were just over for dinner and would make the short drive to their home downtown in Madison. Oh how we miss these dear, dear friends.
