I plan on doing a follow-up post to the Mommy Timeout post and all the responses, but it has continued to be a rough week, so tonight will not be the night. Abbie has all the energy and spirit that I dream of my little girl having, I just have not yet learned how to absorb it or how to help her control it. I'm told by friends who are a few months ahead that it just takes time. I hope we make it! Here are some pics from our past few days--It's all I have the energy to do tonight.
This is what I woke up to in the middle of the night. Alan and Michael play computer games online, late at night. Apparently they've taken to using Skype during the game and Alan found that tying the microphone around his head was very convenient. Yes, he does graduate from medical school next week.

ReplyDeleteYou'd be surprised. You'd think that doctors are smart, but really, I've learned that what I thought while working as a nurse is true--Most of them are idiots.
